almost derelict in our Daily
Syl duties tonight. We were at Grandma Kathy's house visiting with Kacey's Aunt Dottie and cousins Brian and Cody who are all up for the weekend. We were watching Yankee ace
Chien-Ming Wang pitch a gem of a game against the Red Sox up at Fenway in widescreen, flat panel, high-def glory. He threw a complete game 2 hitter (a solo HR that could/should have caught and a 9th inning, two out bunt down the 3rd base line). All of a sudden we realized that there were no pics taken of Sylvie today. Thank goodness for camera phones! So here is the pic I got for today's post...in all of it's lo-res glory.
That's cousin Cody from N.C., brother of
Shelby and Morgan. Although you cannot tell from this picture, Cody and Sylvie were having a lot of fun together over the course of the night. Cody was just feeling a little blue. You see, for some inexplicable reason, Cody is a fan of the Sox. And there was no joy in the Red Sox Nation last night. "Red Sox Nation"...give me a break.

Glad that Sylvie finally had the chance to meet Cody.......Why was Cody blue......didn't the Red Sox win? At least I thought that's what they told me. They got off at 6:30 this am and after dropping Brian off at the airport they'll head south for North Carolina.
