Around and around!

It was a pretty dreary night tonight, cold and snowy and icy rain. It was the absolute perfect night to sit around snuggled up and cozy, with maybe some hot cocoa and John's famous chili. Instead we spent the night here:

Fortunately we had a very happy little companion...

...who was captivated by the clothes circling around in the dryer and kept yelling "Look! Look Mommy! Look Daddy! Around and around!"

The laundromat was pretty empty and we were out of there in record time. We had separate cars though, and unfortunately John didn't exactly make it home in one piece. He ran over a huge chunk of metal and got a nasty flat tire. In the middle of a snow storm! He called me from the parking lot of a liquor store to let me know he'd be a bit delayed. Poor poor guy.
