Kids!

Late last night we had more family show up...Tony's daughter Dana, her husband Chris and their two kids Collin and McKaylea arrived after a hellish 14 hour drive in bumper to bumper traffic. Sylvie could not possibly be happier about their presence. She has been running around non stop and every so often runs past me just to yell "kids!!" She's so happy. She especially seems to love Collin and just likes to follow him around mimicking his every move and sound. They played for hours and hours straight this morning, playing on their bikes outside, sneaking pumpkin cake and even sneaking upstairs by themselves when no one was looking. Here are a few sneak peeks from the day so far:

Looks and sounds like everyone is really enjoying the visit! I definitely see a difference in the quality of the pics, too! I've done that hellish drive many MANY times...now you know why I have opted to fly my past several visits to the NC folks. Enjoy the rest of your stay. A belated Merry Christmas to Mimi and Papa! Ciao for now.

Oh, she really looks like she's enjoying everything about NC...... and I love her muddy pants.....she looks puzzled as to how that could possibly have happened! And it's SO nice that she has playmates, and that train set is an extra bonus.....I think all kids like playing with trains. Your grandfather liked them even as an adult. She's had a terrific week!
