Both John and Sylvie are a little under the weather, they've finally caught the cold I had last week. I didn't have to work too late tonight so I stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work, figuring I'd make a nice warm soup for dinner. I left the store with bags full of fresh produce and a nice toasty loaf of bread for the soup. And then came home to find a HUGE box of gourmet cookies and cakes. I mean seriously, huge. This box must have been accidentally shipped to our house, surely it was intended for some big wig corporate office. This box could feed an army. We have the coolest friends.

P.P.S. Sylvie also received an amazing gift in the mail from her friend all the way in Portland, Oregon. I'm saving that for tomorrow's post when I can do a little fashion shoot. Stay tuned.

Looks like cookies were a hit from sylvies careful examinations of them, and taste testing them all over her face..cuke!
