Tuesday night is now Guest Blogger Night here on the Daily Syl

And the guest blogger is always me, Daddy.
I had mentioned to Kacey last night that I would probably like one night a week to be my night to post the daily entry onto DailySyl. Half-listening, she agreed that would be a good idea, and the topic was dropped.
This evening, as Sylvie's night was coming to an end as it usually does with the bath time rituals, Kacey knocked on the bathroom door. Sylvie and I said "Come in!" in near unison and Kacey entered saying that she has "made a decision... Tuesday nights are now guest blogger nights. Here's the camera. I haven't taken any pictures today and oh yeah, the batteries are just about dead." I said "I thought maybe Wednesday would be a good night for me to do it because..." "No, it's Tuesdays from now on," Kacey said as she exited.
So anyway, I know there have been a few posts over the past couple of months with the bath time theme, but here is another one. 4 cute pics. Maybe next Tuesday we'll explore a new topic, but this was the best I could do with 2 mins of battery-life and a kid who was well past her bed time.

She knew she was being cute for this one...hamming it up.

I screamed "Boo" because she was passive-aggressively refusing to look up.

Getting bored with the "shoot."

Sylvie is a Punk Rocker!

LOL. As blog administrator I feel it is my duty to set the record straight on what some could say are laughable exaggerations in this post. But as mommy, I must tend to the crying child who has woken up yet again from her cold.

P.S. Love the guest blogger night. Mommies need a night off sometimes!

and you got it on here with barely five minutes left of tuesday. obviously the guest blogger doesn't realize there are blog readers that can't call it a night without their dailysyl. : ) that said, it was worth the wait. nitey nite.

"laughable exaggerations"?? I feel as if I've just been Swiftboated. I'll offer $1 Million to anyone who can prove any untruths or deceptions in my last post.

Love all of Sylvie's poses! And, that hairdo is one for the books. Show that to her when she's a teenager, but run for cover!

I love the pics! She is the last face I look at before going to bed each night, and what a wonderful face she has.
Please don't tell my sister that I actually asked this question. What am I supposed to get when I click on the punk rocker? I just don't get it, but I did go back and look at the pics of Sylvie in the tub again. Edith

Sista, darling...did you know I can read? But that's not why I'm commenting. I'm here to tell you that the guest blogger will often try to mess with your mind. You are your mother's daughter so he'd have a field day with you too. The link he included is nothing you would or are meant to understand. It's Johnny's way of patting his own clever back. BTW, Johnny...it was rather clever. xxoo

Oh! Duh! but I really didn't think you would read this page again!!!!! I love them but don't redo them. Since I hadn't received a reply from Kacey, ("she would never do that"), I thought I would check back for a reply.
But I am happy to know Sylvie wasn't out with that group singing!!! I did look for her though!
