Scenario: You're out with your not-quite-two year old shopping for some warm winter clothes now that the temperature has dropped. She comes running up excitedly to you with a pretty cute but probably over the top coat with fake fur trim (let's be honest, not your first choice for practical coats), screaming "look, look!" When you ask her if she wants to try the coat on she actually stops her relentless running of laps and squeals with delight as she slips her arms in each sleeve. She then runs off, only to be back seconds later with a matching pink pom pom hat. It's two sizes too small but you stretch it out to make it fit on her head, because you've never seen her this happy to try on a hat before. She then takes off again, yelling out "mirror! mirror!" You direct her to the closest mirror at which point she sees her reflection, stops in her tracks, literally gasps, and shouts "Oh God........Cuke!* Oh and P.S. the coat is on sale for $29 and she needs a new one for the winter anyway.
And so I ask, could you refuse this? I didn't think so.

*cuke = cute

She's learning to be a shopper at a young age..........now your trouble begins! But, at least she knows what she likes! Hope your pocketbook will be able to keep up with her.
omg. so cuke, indeed.
now in that first picture is she really going through each piece of clothing to see if its cuke enough for her, etc? does she honestly know what shes doing?
shes got some sassy taste.
love the 2nd picture/action shot.
love the outfit, too. stylin'!
we'll have to see during christmas how she responds to flower girl dress shopping. yesssssssss
love aunt a
Amanda - yeah, she was really standing there looking through the clothing. Although I'm not sure it was as deliberate and slow as if we were going through racks of clothing, it was more like toddler speed shopping. She'd run over full speed, fling through the racks, find something she liked and pull it out to show me. Everything was on like high speed that night. Crazy baby.
